We are registered in Hong Kong under certificate number: 62246638-000-10-17-A and have our registered office at Suite 1001-3, 10th Floor, Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

This Website is directed to and may only be accessed by persons who have the necessary standing in their relevant jurisdiction (being for example persons who are accredited, professional, sophisticated and/or qualified investors only, as defined in the relevant jurisdiction) including professional investors as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the laws of Hong Kong) and Section 3 of the Securities and Futures (Professional Investor) Rules (Cap. 571D of the laws of Hong Kong) (collectively “Professional Investors”). The services We offer are not available to persons residing in Hong Kong other than Professional Investors.

We are licensed to carry out Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) activities by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) in Hong Kong. For clarity, the Website has not been reviewed nor approved by the SFC.

We are a Singapore incorporated company with company registration number201311859G and have our registered office at 22 Malacca Street, #07-02 RB Capital Building, Singapore 048980.

This Website is directed to and may only be accessed by persons who have the necessary standing in their relevant jurisdiction (being for example persons who are accredited, professional, sophisticated and/or qualified investors only, as defined in the relevant jurisdiction) including accredited and institutional investors as defined under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289) of Singapore (“Qualified Investors”) The services We offer are not available to persons residing in Singapore other than Qualified Investors.

We hold a capital markets services license for fund management issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”). For clarity, the Website has not been reviewed by the MAS.
