Stephen So
Executive Director, Head of Investment
Stephen is Executive Director and Head of Investment, overseeing our investment function across transaction negotiation, execution, and asset management.. His portfolio includes student housing assets in the UK, Spain, and Portugal.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2019, Stephen worked in acquisition, asset management, and valuation of China-based projects, including tenures at K. Wah International, Wharf China, Knight Frank, JLL, and OfficesAsia.
Stephen holds a MSc in Real Estate (Planning and Development) and BSc in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Hong Kong. He serves as a Type 4 Responsible Officer and a Type 9 Licensed Representative of our Hong Kong business.

Ben Willsher
Executive Director, Head of Investor Relations
Ben leads our Singapore business and Investor Relations team, responsible for expanding the firm’s investor base and servicing the needs of our private and institutional clients. He also oversees operations, regulatory compliance, and technology for our Singapore and UK businesses.
Ben joined IPIM in 2015 from affiliate company, IP Global where he held positions in business development and marketing in Hong Kong and Singapore. He started his career on the graduate programme at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong.
Ben holds a BA in Information Technology with Management and MSc in International Management from the University of Exeter. He serves as a Type 9 Responsible Officer and Type 4 Licensed Representative of our Hong Kong business, and is the Chief Executive Officer of our Singapore business.

Graeme Lane
Director, Investment
Graeme is an Investment Director at IPIM, bringing over 35 years of experience in the securities industry across London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. He has extensive experience across cash and derivative financial products, including equities, bonds, futures, and options, and has managed both trading desks and fund management operations.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2026, Graeme held senior roles across the securities industry in the UK and Asia. He moved from the UK to Japan in 1999, where he spent five years before relocating to Hong Kong in 2004.
Graeme graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 1986 with a degree in Information Technology. He serves as a Hong Kong-based Responsible Officer for Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities.

Alexandra Davidson
Business Operations Manager
Alexandra is Business Operations Manager, responsible for operations, regulatory compliance, and technology for our Hong Kong business.
She joined IPIM in 2024 from affiliate company, IP Global, where she was a Senior Client Services Associate overseeing the end-to-end client experience for off-plan overseas property investments in the UK, Germany, and Portugal. She also brings further experience from the education and luxury retail sectors in Hong Kong.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL (École hôtelière de Lausanne).

Samuel Tsang
Finance Controller
Samuel is our Finance Controller, responsible for fund accounting, audit, tax, and day-to-day operating finances of our Hong Kong business.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2016, Samuel worked in various accounting roles at HSBC, Prudence Investment Management (HK), and Aoba Hopkins CPA Limited.
Samuel holds a Bachelor in Accounting from University of South Australia.
Singapore
Lim Haw Pying
Operations Associate
Haw Pying is Operations Associate, supporting investor relations and fund operations, compliance, and marketing for our Singapore and UK businesses.
She joined IPIM in 2024 from HSBC, where she worked in investment operations, managing investment-linked funds and supporting regulatory and product initiatives. Prior to that, she worked in audit at EY, contributing to assurance engagements for clients in the Emerging Private Enterprise market.
Haw Pying holds a Diploma in Accountancy and Finance, a Specialist Diploma in Fund Management and Administration from Nanyang Polytechnic, and is currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting through ACCA–Oxford Brookes.
