Selina Williams
Executive Director & Group Head of Investment
Selina is co-head of the firm and leads our investment team, overseeing all investment functions including transaction negotiation, execution, and asset management.
A founding member of IPIM, Selina was responsible for the firm’s early investments in the UK purpose-built student accommodation sector and has overseen investments in UK Build-to-Rent, UK hotels, and US multifamily. To date, Selina has overseen and directly managed over US$500 million worth of investments for the firm.
Prior to joining IPIM, Selina led the investment team at affiliate IP Global, and managed £230 million of assets for Invista Real Estate Investment Management.
Selina is a RICS Chartered Surveyor, and received her MA (Hons) in English from the University of St. Andrews and MSc in Commercial Property Management from Liverpool John Moores University. She is a Responsible Officer of our Hong Kong business and Approved Person of our UK business.

Chia Min Chong
Executive Director & Group Head of Finance
Min Chong is co-head of the firm and leads our finance, operations, and compliance functions.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2017, Min Chong held senior finance and management positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays Capital. He started his career with EY in Assurance and Advisory.
Min Chong is a Chartered Accountant of Australia and New Zealand, and a Certified Internal Auditor (IIA). He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Licensed Representative of our Singapore business, Responsible Officer of our Hong Kong business, and Approved Person of our UK business.

Kai Huang
Director, Investment
Kai is a Director in our Investment team, responsible for originating new strategic partners, overseeing transaction underwriting, execution, asset management, marketing, and various compliance / regulatory matters. His portfolio includes UK student housing, build-to-rent, and hospitality assets, along with US multifamily. Over the course of his career Kai has closed US$929 million of real estate transactions including direct and indirect equity investments and mezzanine debt.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2016, Kai held investment positions at CreditEase and Mapletree Investments in Singapore overseeing the development of indirect overseas real estate fund investments along with commercial developments in southeast Asia, respectively.
Kai holds a MSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment and BA in Economics from New York University. He serves as a Hong Kong-based Responsible Officer and a Licensed Representative in the Singapore office.

Ben Willsher
Director, Investor Relations & Business Development
Ben is a Director in our Investor Relations team, responsible for expanding the firm’s investor base and servicing the needs of our HNWI and family office clients, with a regional focus on Southeast Asia. He also manages operations and technology for our Singapore and UK businesses.
Ben joined IPIM in 2015 from affiliate company, IP Global where he held positions in business development and marketing in Hong Kong and Singapore. He started his career on the graduate programme at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong.
Ben holds a BA in Information Technology with Management and MSc in International Management from the University of Exeter. He is a Licensed Representative of our Singapore business.

Jason Lamb
Director, Investor Relations & Business Development
Jason is a Director in our Investor Relations team, responsible for expanding the firm’s investor base and servicing the needs of our HNWI and family office clients, with a regional focus on UK and Africa.
Jason joined IPIM in 2018 from affiliate company IP Global where he helped private clients with investments in global property markets. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles at Absa Bank in South Africa across Commercial Property Finance, Business Banking, and Private Banking.
Jason holds a BSc Building Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and Certificate in Commercial Property from the University of Pretoria. He completed the Property Development Programme from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town. He is an Approved Person of our UK business.

Torbjørn Flo Aasen
Director, Investor Relations & Business Development
Torbjørn is a Director in our Investor Relations team, responsible for expanding the firm’s investor base amongst family office and institutional investors, with a regional focus on UK and Europe.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2023, Torbjørn held various capital raising roles for boutique private equity and corporate finance firms in London and Oslo, including Orana Corporate, SEB, and Arctic Securities.
Torbjørn holds a MSc International Business with a Major in Finance from Hult International Business School and a BSc Business Administration, specialising in Finance and Shipping from BI Norwegian Business School. He completed the executive course in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is an Approved Person of our UK business.

Stephen So
Investment Manager
Stephen is an Investment Manager responsible for asset management, investment acquisitions and disposals, research and analysis. His portfolio includes student housing assets in the UK, Spain, and Portugal.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2019, Stephen worked in acquisition, asset management, and valuation of China-based projects, including tenures at K. Wah International, Wharf China, Knight Frank, JLL, and OfficesAsia.
Stephen holds a MSc in Real Estate (Planning and Development) and BSc in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Hong Kong.

Angelo Wong
Investment Manager
Angelo is an Investment Manager responsible for asset management, investment acquisitions and disposals, research and analysis. His portfolio includes investments in UK student housing, build-to-rent, hotels, and US multifamily.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2019, Angelo was an Investment Analyst at Goodman Group and an Equity Research Analyst at RBH specialising in the China property sector.
Angelo holds a LLB in Law and BSc in Economics from the University of Leicester.

Daisy Fong
Senior Finance Manager
Daisy is our Senior Finance Manager, responsible for fund accounting, audit, tax, and day-to-day operating finances of our Singapore and UK businesses.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2021, Daisy was the Assistant Finance Director of an SGX-listed REIT. She had also held various senior positions at Nakheel NJSC Dubai and JLL Singapore.
Daisy holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Sai Naren Navani
Associate Director, Operations & Compliance
Sai Naren is an Associate Director responsible for operations, compliance, and technology for our Hong Kong business.
Sai Naren joined IPIM in 2016 from affiliate company, IP Global, where he was responsible for CRM administration, marketing, and data analytics.
Sai Naren holds a BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley University and has passed CFA Level II.

Monica Nindya
Associate Director, Investor Relations & Business Development
Monica is an Associate Director in our Investor Relations team, responsible for expanding the firm’s investor base amongst family office and institutional investors, with a regional focus on Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
Monica joined IPIM in 2021 from Sutton Capital, where she was responsible for venture fundraising from family offices and corporates across Asia Pacific. Prior to that she worked as a Wealth Management Consultant at St. James’s Place Wealth Management. Monica started her career with Colliers International Indonesia, helping MNCs acquire and invest in commercial real estate.
Monica holds a BA in International Business from Macquarie University.

Samuel Tsang
Finance Manager
Samuel is our Finance Manager, responsible for fund accounting, audit, tax, and day-to-day operating finances of our Hong Kong business.
Prior to joining IPIM in 2016, Samuel worked in various accounting roles at HSBC, Prudence Investment Management (HK), and Aoba Hopkins CPA Limited.
Samuel holds a Bachelor in Accounting from University of South Australia.
